I’m happy to share that my unsettling story The Creative Lives of the Lichtensteins has been included in a new anthology, The Midnight Vault (also available through Amazon and Barnes & Noble in both paperback and e-book).
March 2025.
As we peer down an ever-shortening tunnel toward the Spring Equinox, perhaps you, like me, are a little sad to see the long nights leave us. While I welcome the sun’s return, I always feel a little grief at the end of the dark part of the year.
I love the dark parts of everything, the shadows with all their promise and peril, but you know that by now. You love them too, or you wouldn’t be here. Something about the ferocity of winter and its long, consuming nights connects us to a slower time, a time of more possibility and less blue electric light…
Well, now you can hold a little bit of that darkness in your silky winter hands. I’m happy to share that my unsettling story The Creative Lives of the Lichtensteins has been included in a new anthology, The Midnight Vault (also available through Amazon and Barnes & Noble in both paperback and e-book).
To brighten up the end of winter (and to celebrate reaching 700 subscribers) I’m sending a free signed copy of The Midnight Vault to the first two people who upgrade to a paid subscription on Substack this week.
